Provide a breakdown of adjustments by Patient and by Insurance. E.g. when transferring a $100 balance from Insurance to Patient (or vice-versa), the transaction is $0 in the Adjustment column, but we want to see the actual breakdown of +$100 patient and -$100 insurance.
