Ability to add multiple referral sources to a patient in the PIC

This change would assist user to identify which codes need arches in the ADA codes to chart correctly in CVVR

when you open up the perio chart, the screen defaults to the split screen and it would be nice to choose which screen you would like as a default. thanks!

Ability to use CTRL and highlight multiple lines in the list view of the CVVR for deletion, with warning if applicable (like in ledger)

- for example, tools, settings, miscellanious tab ... would like an option to be able to set dentition to age based globally rather than user specific

- create an ortho max, links specifically to ortho codes (08000 to 08999)
- those codes would not affect the general or family max

Once a document is moved into the patient's Document Center any changes or editing cannot be saved. We would like the ability to edit documents and save the changes.

Would like to see the location changes on the security audit. At this time it does not show you this.

When posting charges charges, it would be nice to have a security level set so users under a level of security will not have access to the details button, we want to limit the users that can make changes to these details.

Organize Recall Report by Registered Hygienist

Right now when you run the Recall Report you can only print the list according to which doctor is registered to the account. It would also be nice to have the option to organize by which hygienist is registered to the account to print a list of each hygienist's patients due for cleanings. I have attached a screen shot. It would be nice to have the option of moving documents between categories in the document center.

Currently when we add or scan into the Documents area, the document has to stay where it was added or we have to delete it and rescan if it was accidentally entered under the wrong category.

Please add in Windows 2008/2008R2 RemoteApp full support. This allows you to run the Dental Vision Application remotely like a local program.

The option of "no payment" or "none" should be removed in all payment processing situations. If "none" or "no payment" is inadvertantly selected through the edit process the Deposit Slip will not reconcile with the Locations Summary (collections report by office - #11 on the daily reports).

Where the check number, payer, and specific write off/adjustment code used to carry forward for each patient on a bulk check, now the adjustment code has to be re-selected with each patient on that check. Typically, adjustments on a bulk check from the same insurer will use the same adjustment code. The adjustment code should remain throughout the posting of a bulk check.

If a patient is scheduled directly into the appointment book, the general dentist and referring dentist have to be entered seperately in Pre-registration. If the patient has not been appointed, the general dentist populates both fields - the general dentist is the referrer 99% of the time. We prefer that it function the same way in both situations.

Thumbnails are currently created in the Document Center for a few image files, but it would be very helpful to have PDF thumbnails, as documents are typically scanned as such. We scan documents as PDFs.

We want the ability to add a patient's title (Mr./Mrs./etc) when making an appointment directly from the appointment book as it exists in pre-registration. This field is currently "greyed out."
